Easy to order and quick delivery When lit the smell was minimal so I was quite disappointed, from other reviews I was expecting at least to be able to smell something but not much at all. So I’ll probably stick with my Yankee candles.

Lakeland Lights Co (30.10.2024): Thank you for your order and for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry that you're disappointed. We do use soy wax which as a natural wax cannot take the load of fragrance that paraffin wax candles do (Yankee tend to use paraffin for most of their ranges). Soy wax gives a lovely long-lasting even burn and is a more sustainable option but it does take a bit longer to perform with 3-4 hour burns per burn being optimal as the burn temperature is lower than other waxes. Thank you for trying something different and for supporting our Cumbrian family business.
